Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Our RBT works one-on-one and in small groups with neurodiverse students to implement behavior strategies designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Through compassionate, consistent support, our RBT helps students build essential life, social and communication skills in a positive learning environment.

 

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Board-certified SLP works with nuerodiverse students to develop communication, social and language skills in a highly customized environment. Through one-on-one sessions, group settings and teacher collaboration, our SLP helps students achieve communication goals and gain confidence.

Teacher
Our teachers create a supportive, strength-based learning environment that empowers neurodiverse learners to achieve their personalized goals ranging from academic to social and emotional. A Bachelor’s Degree in Education is required (Master’s preferred), along with a passion for engaging students through creative, individualized instruction that celebrates their unique abilities. 

 

Assistant Teacher
Support the creation of a compassionate, strength-based learning environment for neurodiverse students. Work closely with the lead teacher and therapists to implement personalized strategies to help each student achieve learning goals and greater independence. This role requires strong collaboration and a passion for working with neurodiverse learners. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
