Carly Weinberg, Co-founder and CEO

Carly Weinberg, M.S., M.Ed.

Cofounder & Chief Executive Officer

Carly Weinberg is a teacher, behavioral analyst and education leader with expertise in neurodiversity—particularly autism—as well as a diverse background in speech pathology, special education and applied behavioral analysis. She holds a Master’s of Science in Education, Master’s of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis and a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech and Language Pathology. Carly was a founding executive of another school for autism in Boca, where she served as the Director of Education, overseeing faculty, instruction, the learning environment, and the overall well-being and growth of the students. She is the creator of the Infinity Model Framework, a proven, effective education model that improves the lives of children and young adults and is trusted by parents. 

Jon Weinberg, Co-founder and Chief Development Officer

Jon Weinberg

Cofounder & Chief Development Officer

Jon Weinberg leads business development, strategic planning, and partnerships for Project Infinity Group. He previously served as a Director with TIGER 21, a premier global peer network for ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs, investors, and executives. His background also includes leadership roles at Amazon Web Services and Techstars, with a focus on business growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. As a cofounder, Jon played an integral role in launching Project Infinity Group—shaping the business model, building key relationships, and overseeing physical construction. He lives in South Florida with his wife, Carly, and their daughter.

Natalie Zancanata

Natalie Zancanata, M.Ed., BCBA

Head of School/BCBA

Natalie Zancanata holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exceptional Student Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With extensive experience across group homes, private residences, schools and community settings, Natalie is dedicated to creating nurturing environments where every student can flourish and succeed. She emphasizes collaborative efforts with families, teachers and caregivers to ensure ongoing success into adulthood.

Molly Seidel

Molly Seidel

Director of Operations

Originally from New York and now calling Florida home, Molly brings a diverse background to her role as Director of Operations at Project Infinity. A multihyphenate with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, Molly has spent 13 years immersed in the world of theater, working as a costume designer and spending much of her time in educational theater.

Beyond her professional achievements, Molly has a deep passion for working with children, driven by a genuine commitment to supporting and nurturing young minds. As a dedicated mom to her 2-year-old daughter, Molly balances her professional responsibilities with the joys and challenges of parenting, bringing empathy and a unique perspective to her role at the school.

Shelby Pawelek

Shelby Pawelek

Director of Therapies/Occupational Therapist

Shelby Pawelek has been an Occupational Therapist (OT) for over 10 years. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2008 followed by her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. She has a diverse background working with children with pediatric diagnoses, especially autism. Shelby has experience in leadership roles as the director of a pediatric clinic and as a lead OT in outpatient clinics and schools. She has expertise with sensory  integration strategies, behavior interventions and handwriting programs. Shelby is a Florida native who enjoys spending time at the pool catching some rays! She is a mom of two young boys and comes from a large family who she loves spending time with. This family-oriented girl is passionate about improving the quality of life of children and their families.

Nicole Baiet

Art Therapist/Teacher

For over 12 years, Nicole has been a dedicated educator in Palm Beach County, merging her passions for art therapy and science teaching. Her guiding principle in life is encapsulated in the three Ps: patience, persistence and perseverance. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Education and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Linguistics. Her love for the outdoors extends to camping and a wide range of outdoor activities. Creating art, writing, reading and exploring scientific wonders are among her favorite pastimes.

Yamila Ayala

Yamila Ayala

Music Therapist/Teacher

Born and raised in Miami, Yamila Ayala ("Yami") is a devoted music educator who strives to serve others through various forms of music therapy. Yami has been in the field of education for 10 years. She is best known as a professional musician, educator, and aspiring music therapist with an emphasis in early childhood music education and neurodivergent music education. Yami is proficient in voice, piano, clarinet, flute, and saxophone. Her innate ability to produce exhilarating music makes her a wonderful asset to Project Infinity. She also performs regularly with the three-part harmony group “The Rhythm Chicks” all around the U.S. Through her music, she is able to share her love for life and the people in it. Yami places a special emphasis on loving one another and uses music to enrich mind, body, and soul.

Nicole Alovis

Nicole Alovis

Academic Teacher

Nicole Alovis has been a teacher for 11 years. She is the mother to a beautiful girl named Ava and the twin sister of a handsome and smart guy named Daniel, who has autism and inspired her to become a special education teacher. Nicole obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Child Sciences at Florida State University, and her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. As her twin brother is now a working adult, she has become more passionate about teaching children how to strive for independence and productivity. Nicole loves showing students how to generalize their academic skills, such as reading and writing, within their functional daily living tasks. She also focuses on relationships with siblings and the entire family, and she has facilitated sibling workshops for neurotypical siblings to help them better understand their unique families.
